Is this what a feminist sounds like?

Introducing an exciting new series on the blog! Starting this Friday we will be interviewing a variety of interesting people form a wide range of career paths to hear about their life and find out what a feminist sounds like.

The interview will comprise of twelve compelling questions, the same twelve questions for each participant. The questions explore each person's career and how it has been effected by their sex, which feminist issues they feel most passionate about, as well as more general questions about their life's pleasures. We will introduce you to our interviewee, then find out how they approach the topics at hand.

We will be interviewing two people every month, always on a Friday. Our first participant is Coronation Street and Broadchurch actor, Julie Hesmondhalgh. Julie's kindly given us some super interesting answers, and we can't wait for you to read.
